Welcome to Ebb & Flow Kids. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website operates and provide important information about shopping with us.
Our website is now an information-only website, designed to share news, inspiration and information about our shop in Tenby. We no longer offer online shopping, but our physical shop remains open as usual.
1. Website Content and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, images, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ebb & Flow Kids and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Our website content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse and share links to our website, but you must not reproduce, distribute, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, unless permitted by law.
2. Website Access
We aim to ensure that our website is accessible, secure and functioning correctly.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors. Occasionally, maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may affect access.
We take reasonable steps to maintain website security, but visitors should also ensure that their devices and software are appropriately protected.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your statutory rights.
3. Shopping at Ebb & Flow Kids
Ebb & Flow Kids no longer operates an online shop. Our website is provided for information, inspiration and updates about our physical shop.
All purchases and payments now take place in-store.
We regularly share new arrivals and product updates through our Facebook and Instagram pages, although these do not represent a complete or live catalogue of available stock.
You can also contact us by email or through our website contact form to enquire about specific items, prices and availability.
We encourage customers to visit our Tenby shop to browse our products, discover new arrivals and receive friendly, personalised advice.
4. Product Information, Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that information shared through our website and social media channels is accurate and up to date.
However, product availability, prices, colours, sizes and ranges may change without being immediately reflected online.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes. Differences in screen settings and photographic reproduction may affect how colours, textures and product details appear.
Product information published online does not guarantee that a particular item will be available in-store.
Please contact us or visit our shop for the latest prices and availability.
5. Product Reservations and Collections
Customers may enquire about reserving products by contacting us via email.
Reservations are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our team. An enquiry alone does not guarantee that an item has been reserved.
All reserved items must be collected and paid for in-store.
We no longer operate an online Click & Collect service or offer delivery services.
6. In-Store Purchases and Payment
All purchases are completed at our physical shop in Tenby.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Visa and Visa Debit
Mastercard
American Express
Contactless card payments
Prices and product availability will be confirmed in-store before purchase.
If a pricing or product information error is identified, we will explain this before completing the sale.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.
If you experience an issue with an item purchased from our shop, please contact us or visit us in-store with your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer protection law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
For items purchased in-store, change-of-mind returns are subject to any additional returns policy we offer, as there is generally no automatic legal right to return an item simply because you no longer want it.
Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
8. Previous Online Orders
Although our online shop has permanently closed, we remain available to assist customers with previous online purchases.
If you have a question about an earlier order, return, refund or product issue, please contact us by email or through our website contact form.
Where possible, please include your original order number, purchase date and relevant details to help us locate your order.
The closure of our online shop does not affect the legal rights or obligations associated with previous purchases.
Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights relating to previous online orders remain unaffected.
9. Customer Accounts and Order History
Customer accounts and online order history are no longer accessible through our website.
If you require information about a previous online purchase, please contact us directly.
We may retain relevant transaction and customer information where necessary for accounting, legal, regulatory or customer service purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us.
Any personal information collected through our website, contact forms or customer enquiries will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended.
We use personal information for appropriate business purposes, including responding to enquiries, assisting with previous purchases and fulfilling relevant legal obligations.
Personal information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary and lawful. We do not sell customers’ personal information.
For further details about how information is collected, used, stored and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functionality, understand website usage and improve the visitor experience.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before using non-essential cookies.
