Why we do what we do

We source our toys from reputable manufacturers in the UK, and across Europe. As mothers ourselves, it is so important to us that the toys we sell have passed all of the appropriate safety tests. Toys should enhance a child’s ability to express themselves through play, and expand their young minds. As a parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt, it is also important that you are secure in the knowledge that their toys are safe as they can be.

All of our toys, games and puzzles comply with EN71 European Toy Safety regulations. They are sourced from reputable toy makers and suppliers. Our wooden toys use lead free, non toxic paints/stains and have been tested to ensure they meet the required safety standards, and carry the acclaimed CE mark where appropriate.

Wherever possible we provide age recommendations. Please be aware that these are given as a guide only. For example: where small parts are contained, toys will advise that they are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, however, some toys in this age category may be suitable for a bright 2-year old. Therefore please use your own judgement when selecting your gift.

We always try our utmost to provide you with the toy, game, puzzle or gift you are looking for. If a particular toy is ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us at sales@ebbandflowskids.co.uk and we can provide you with further information concerning when it will be available.

Unfortunately, toy manufacturers do discontinue product lines. This is something that is out of our control. However, we always try our best to find suitable replacements when this happens.

Where our toys, games and gifts show the ‘Click and Collect’ option in the checkout process, you can arrange to collect directly from our shop on the High Street in Tenby.
