We realise that everyone can make mistakes when ordering, and so we offer all our customers the option to return an item for a full refund (minus original delivery costs).

All we ask it that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, unused, unopened in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

All of our toys, games, puzzles and gifts are checked thoroughly before being despatched. If your goods arrive in a damaged condition from transit, or if there is any other problem concerning the condition of your package on its arrival, please contact us immediately at the email address provided.

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The item/s you will be returning
  • The reason for the return


We will then contact you to guide you through the returns process personally.

ii) Please ensure that the item/s being returned are in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We advise you to package your returns goods securely and safely. You can always use the materials in which we despatched your order to do this.

iv) We would advise you to return your goods to us using Royal Mail, making sure that you obtain a proof of postage (although this does not provide proof that your parcel has arrived with us). If you require proof of delivery for your return, you will need to use a Recorded or Signed For service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods.

v) If you are returning a larger, more bulky item, we can arrange for a courier collection. The cost of this service will then be deducted from your payment refund. Please contact us for further guidance.

vi) We try our very best to process returns within 7 working days. However, during busy periods this may take a little longer. Once processed you will be refunded the cost of your returned item. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not refund your returns delivery costs unless your item is faulty.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for goods that have been assembled/ part assembled, or have been used or played with. This excludes faulty goods. 

We check all of our goods thoroughly before they leave us, however occasionally goods can become damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that you check all your goods upon arrival.
