Standard Delivery: 

Orders under £75 – £4.95

Orders £75 and over – Free of Charge (see item 2 below)  

This service takes an average 5-7 working days (see item 1 below)

Next Day Delivery: 

£7.50 (see item 3 below)

Please make sure your order is placed BEFORE 1pm to be eligible for this service (please see item 4 below) Someone will need to be at home to receive Next Day Delivery, and a signature will be required upon receipt. If you are likely to be out when your order is due to be delivered, please consider providing an alternative delivery address, such as a work address. 

(1) For orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles, please allow an extra day or two

(2) We are sorry, but orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles are NOT eligible for Free Delivery. Instead they will incur a flat rate delivery charge of £4.95. This is due to the increased charge that we are subject to in sending to these areas. We are afraid that we DO NOT refund any VAT on Channel Isle orders.

(3) Next Day delivery is NOT available to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles.

(4) Next Day Delivery typically means the following:

Order before 1pm on: 
Monday for delivery on Tuesday
Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday
Wednesday for delivery on Thursday
Thursday for delivery on Friday
Friday for delivery on Monday

*Next Day Delivery orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day. As an example, an order placed for Next Day Delivery after 1pm on a Monday will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

**During exceptionally busy periods Next Day Delivery may take an extra day.

***Please note that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. 

Please be aware that we currently only deliver within the UK. 

Yes, this is no problem at all. When completing your purchase and giving your address details, simply select that you would like to deliver to an alternative address. Easy peasy…… 

We are very happy to gift wrap your purchases. We love wrapping gifts, it’s our favourite part of the job!! We provide a good quality wrapping paper in a gender neutral colour scheme, suitable for all ages. All you need to do is tick ‘Please Gift Wrap My Order’ when checking out and leave the rest to us. Our gift wrapping charge is £3 per item.

You can also choose to add a message to your wrapped gift. Simply tick ‘Please Add Gift Message’ during check out. Just don’t forget to include your wording in the Gift Message Box. 

Once you have placed an order with Ebb and Flow Kids you will receive an Order Confirmation at the email address you have provided. Once your order has been processed you will receive a Despatch Confirmation. Please check your spam box if you cannot see your emails.

We try our very best to process all orders within 24-48 hrs. However, at exceptionally busy times, such a Christmas and Easter, this may take a little longer. Please be patient with us.

Larger, more bulky orders may require a signature upon receipt, as will Next Day Delivery. This means that someone will need to be at home to receive the delivery.

If you are like to be out, please consider providing an alternative delivery address (friend, family or works address). This can be selected during the check out process.

If you have chosen to pay for your order via Paypal you will see they give you the option to change your delivery address. Please DO NOT change your delivery address on the Paypal website. We will ALWAYS deliver to the address that you provide to us on our website.

If you have made an error on your order and need to change the delivery address – we all make mistakes sometimes – please email us directly at sales@ebbandflowkids.co.uk as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue before despatching.
